If you answered “Yes” to all these questions, then you’re in the right place. With our clients, ReGenerate Coaching embraces a journey of self-discovery and co-creation. We are a commitment to your growth and success. That means impacting leaders beyond their workplace identity and into their personal lives through a holistic, customized and collaborative approach.
01. We Start With An Introduction
Good coach/client chemistry is important before beginning. That’s why I schedule a 45 minute Zoom call to learn more about what’s drawing you to seek coaching, and to share more about my approach.
02. Intake Session
We’ll dig further into who you are, what you want, and how you want to engage the world. We’ll identify your commitment to your future self, which will serve as the North Star of our work together.
03. Custom Coaching Program
You, as my client, drive this journey. It builds on your commitment to yourself that we identify in the Intake session. You’ll have bi-weekly sessions to ensure you are achieving your business and personal goals.
The world is shifting and causing you to rethink who you are and how you want to show up
Let’s Chat for 45 minutes. You’ll come away understanding my approach, how I show up, and if we’re a good fit.
I believe in a transformational journey guiding you to connect more deeply with yourself.
I’ve found that the problems we face as a planet require us to reconnect to ourselves. To understand ourselves and realize that, is what allows us to reconnect to the planet.
When we reconnect to ourselves and our wisdom, and the power and strengths of our hearts - we reconnect to the body. With it, we reconnect to our own aliveness.
I believe connecting to our own aliveness is best done through the body. My work follows the Strozzi Institute’s definition of embodied transformation: “the ability to take new actions aligned with your values and vision, even under the same old pressures.” This is my transformational offer to you.
Guiding others, guiding you, is my soul’s calling. This is how I share my gifts with the world. Fully. Without trying to squeeze into somebody else’s box. It allows me to provide a regenerative approach and help others work towards a more regenerative self and community.

Michael, Retail Consultant, Expert, Speaker & Author
“I was afraid that there would be too much work, that I wouldn't have time to do the work and effectively model it for my kids. Thomas helped me recognize that sharing the journey is more impactful than merely sharing the destination. Together we created a way that not only worked around my kids' schedule but also enabled me to gently incorporate this work into my parenting.”
Garth: Co-owner of an environmental consulting firm
“Thomas is much more than just a business or executive coach. While I ultimately picked Thomas for the calming presence he exhibits, Thomas helped me to be a more effective decision maker and make more of an impact at work. By working with Thomas I was able to help my company grow more efficiently and ultimately get acquired! I would highly recommend Thomas as an Executive Coach to anyone looking to find more balance or find ways to achieve more in work or your personal life.”

Frequently Asked Questions
Q. What do Individual Coaching Packages include?
A. Packages for executives and leaders include 12 bi-weekly 1-hour sessions including the intake session, plus 3 follow-up sessions over 6 months.
Q. So I’m paying for a mentor?
A. In my opinion, mentoring is usually about cultivating role-specific skills or subject matter knowledge. Whereas my developmental coaching approach focuses on meeting the person where they are, guiding them to build self-awareness and wisdom they forgot. Rediscovering this wisdom enables them to fully engage and collaborate with life.
Q. Is it just a fancy name for therapy?
A. Different schools of coaching and different therapeutic modalities have different starting points and different ends in mind. At the end of the day it really depends on the practitioner, their skill level and the needs of the client.
Q. Can I just keep using the Calm or Headspace App?
A. Downloading one of the many meditation apps is a great way to begin this journey. And there is much more to the process of rediscovering our inner wisdom.
Q. When can we start?
A. That depends on when our schedules coincide. I usually start with new clients within 3 weeks of a verbal agreement. Contract, invoices and payment follow, and our first session is scheduled.
Q. What if I don’t complete the program?
A. In instances of ill health, it’s enough to pause the program until you’re well enough to continue. Where you’re dissatisfied for any reason, I’ll gladly provide a refund pro-rated on the number of remaining sessions for which you’ve paid.
